leon is such a superstar. a rockstar of note! at then end of the shoot i drove the little hire car into a big hole on the dirtroad. i ran down to the house hysterically to get help shouting, ‘are there any guys here that could help us push the car out of the massive hole?’ and the only few mixed race guys that was there all jumped at and screamed and jumped around like kimora lee simmons, saying… oh no. ‘oh maih GAWD. ons is almal moffies, ons tel nie karre op nie. after much debate over wether to call a towing service or to call the car hire company – leon and I eventually pushed it out ourselves it was very funny.
